Almost an Institution in Long Sutton, Father and Son, Roy and David run the traditional Gentlemen's Hairdressing Salon at 23 High Street, Long Sutton. Roy took over an existing hairdressers as far back as 1962 and between them Roy and David have over 75 years of experience in Traditional Gents Hairdressing. What you might not know is that inside the shop is a veritable treasure trove of grooming products - for ladies as well as gentlemen. This ranges from Leichner and Cutex lipsticks, L'Oreal hair colourants, and make up products to small electrical grooming products like electric razors - brands include Phillips and Braun, hair curlers, hairdryers, hot brushes and ladyshavers. Spares and repairs are also catered for and if a part is not in stock it can usually be sourced within a few days. Roy looks after the retail side and the shop can boast one of the widest ranges of fragrances for many miles .... names that you know and like such as Tabac, Pierre Cardin, Noir, Lacoste, Joop, Rapport, Harley Davidson, Aramis, Boss, Polo and Jazz, Sergio Tacchini and Jean Paul Gaultier are here. The ranges are too numerous to name all of them - but suffice to say there's something for all budgets. There's also a range of smoking sundries including Zippo lighters in every conceivable pattern and design and pipes and tobacco pouches. They're open: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.00am till 6.30 pm - except for lunch 12.30 till 1.30.
