There are 3 bedrooms two which are en-suite and one with private bathroom. All have television and tea and coffee making facilities and the rooms have recently been redecorated to a high standard. There is a comfortable residents' lounge and dining room for you to enjoy your full English breakfast. Ideal for easy access to the nearby towns of King's Lynn, Boston, Spalding and Spalding offers the combination of high class accommodation and a semi-rural location. For history fans, Delamore House was built around 1705 and is the place where the local magistrate, Mr Delamore, signed the arrest warrant for Dick Turpin in 1739. Long Sutton is a pleasant village, situated within easy reach of many major attractions - locally there is the historic St Mary's Church with the oldest and tallest wooden steeple in Europe. Here you will find two wall plaques dedicated to Captain Richard Delamore who was ' Twenty Year Commander of a merchant ship trading to the Island of Jamaica in the West Indies' (Died in 1812 aged 65) and to his wife 'Mary, the beloved wife of Captain Richard Delamore.... whose latter days were much embittered with ill health' (Died 1838 aged 77) Nearby is the Long Sutton Butterfly and Wildlife Park with its many features including displays of falconry. The house is conveniently situated within a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Long Sutton which offers you a wide range of Independent retailers - some offering goods you won't see in many High Street shops .
